Periodically throughout the year, we spend time working on achieving Club Rainbow Proficiency Awards. This is a progressive awards scheme, which gives the children a challenge and provides a focus in order that they develop and improve their skills.

In the Springtime, we offer selected gymnasts a chance to participate in the Annual East Lothian Gymnastics Showcase in Musselburgh Sports Centre. This is a fun and inclusive event where the gymnasts get an opportunity to show off a short group routine that they have been learning in class.

We organise 'in house' competitions, which provide the gymnasts with an opportunity to show off their skills individually. Working towards the competitions helps the children to focus on improving their skills to add to their routine. Gymnasts who are selected for the Talent Development section of the club will also be given the opportunity to compete in local and regional competitions.
